Sustainability is an integral part of our corporate strategy.

It is a cultural process aimed at creating shared value, based on transparency, responsibility, and coherent, integrated communication.

We place people’s well-being at the core of our strategy.

We recognise our employees as a key asset in ensuring operational continuity, process quality and sustainable long-term growth.

Within this framework, we identify the circular economy as a fundamental pillar of our sustainability strategy.

An approach that represents a concrete opportunity to rethink products, processes, and relationships across the entire value chain, promoting more efficient resource use and greater shared responsibility.

Durability

  • We select highly resistant plastic materials.
  • We strictly comply with applicable regulations and quality processes managed through the ISO 9001 system.
  • We develop product design with the objective of continuously improving product durability.
Explorer Cases containers ensure a product life cycle of at least 10 years.

Modularity

The modularity of our cases allows products to be configured, reconfigured, and upgraded over time.

This design approach reduces the need for full replacements, optimizes the use of materials, and helps extend the lifecycle of our solutions.

Repairability

We provide customers with spare parts for all our cases, including those that are no longer in production, ensuring the repairability of at least 77% of our products.

Process circularity designed according to principles of efficiency and sustainability.

Energy Management

  • We installed a new 98.7 kWp photovoltaic system.
  • We introduced a new injection molding machine with higher energy efficiency.
  • We expanded our electric company vehicle fleet (over 82%).

Water Resource Management

Our water resources dedicated to industrial uses (press cooling, injection processes, and waterjet cutting) operate in a closed-loop system, enabling not only significant water savings but also the circular use of our primary resource.

Product Quality and Safety

We place constant emphasis on the quality and safety of our products through ISO 9001–certified manufacturing processes. This approach also significantly reduces the number of products deemed unsuitable for commercialization and therefore classified as production waste.

Recycled Plastic Material

The main raw material used in the production of our cases consists of plastic granules (PP). Any residual material from the manufacturing processes is ground and reintroduced upstream into the production cycle together with virgin granules, effectively eliminating waste.

Reduction of Adhesives

A project is currently underway to optimize production processes with the aim of progressively reducing the use of adhesives.

Sustainable Supply Chain

More than 50% of the value of our supplies comes from our own facilities, over which the Group has full control and with which it shares strong ethical and sustainability values.

The remaining suppliers are based in Europe and are selected for their proven reputation in terms of sustainability and human values.

We consider internal relationships a fundamental element of our sustainability strategy and of our approach to creating shared value.

Inclusion, Engagement and Double Materiality

The analysis conducted in accordance with the principle of double materiality highlights how people-focused policies generate significant social and organizational impacts.

Improving the quality of working life and employee engagement contributes to greater operational stability, continuity of skills, and the company’s ability to create sustainable long-term value for the organization and its stakeholders.

Culture, Skills and Operational Practices

For us, sustainability is also expressed through the structured management of environmental information and the ability to translate circularity principles into concrete operational practices.

This approach is based on continuous training, the definition of sustainable processes, and the promotion of a corporate culture focused on waste reduction and the efficient use of resources.

Training and Innovation as Drivers of Development

We invest in the development of our people’s skills to foster product and process innovation.

Through research activities, testing of new materials, and advanced design solutions, we continuously improve the performance, durability, and reliability of our products, protecting innovation through internationally registered patents and design models.
